Our 4 link kit uses the same unique 3 piece crossmember as our popular 3 link; CNC lasered and press broken from 1/4" plate. The lower control arms are made from 1-3/4" solid hex steel drilled and tapped to accept left and right hand heims for easy turn buckle style adjustability without removing the arms. They are equipped with 1-1/4" heat and cryo treated chromoly RUFFSTUFF heims with a nylon injected race for decreased noise and prolonged maintenance free life. The upper control arms are much like the lowers but made from 1-1/4" hex and equipped with the same great heims on the frame end in a 7/8" flavor. We have developed a unique part to thread in the axle end of the upper control arm to maintain the same easy adjustability as the lowers. Instead of welding the "U" shape mount directly on the end of the arms like all other companies, we have fabricated the "U" with a 7/8s shank that threads into the control arm and locks down with a jam nut.

This kit does not require any welding. You will need to drill the lower control arm axle mounts to 5/8" and trim the unibody pinch seam on the pasenger side where the mount attaches. The mounts will need to be bolted to the stock crossmember bolt holes as well as 2 holes drilled in each side of the frame rails. These bolts and the option of stitch welding are recommended.

4 link with polyurethane lowers

been running this kit for almost a year now. Exceptional performance on road, amazing performance offroad. Install was a little tough, due to 20 year old bolts that broke, also to broken patients. any issues i had were caused by me. Some tweaking is necessary as every jeep is slightly different. Articulation with this kit is bar none. impresses everyone. Im running bilstien 5100s as well and combined with this kit, the on road handling and ride is at least equal to stock, i think its better. have run over several curbs just to show friends how smooth it rides. they feel like small sticks. beats any other long arm kit out there. no doubt.
